IRK films is heading towards its next venture “Parchi” after success of rom-com film “Jannan”. Imran kazmi is the best producer and cheif executive officer of IRK Films. He is known for his best work for “Siyaah” and “Janaan”.
Film “Parchi” is produced by Hareem Farooq and Imran Kazmi and Shafqat Khan has written the script for Parchi. The film is directed by Azfar Jaffri under the banner of IRK productions.
Kazmi said ;
Azfar Jaffri, Osman Khalid Butt and I have provided our input to the story and screenplay.
However the word “Parchi” refers to a person favoured for a benefit mostly a job due to his or her personal contacts. Parchi has slapstick fun moments with some romantic moments.
Starring Hareem Farooq in one of the leading role the ream has started its pre-production work. The release date of film has not yet revealed. Hareem farooq and co-stars from “Janaan” Ali rehman and Usman Mukhtar have been confirmed as the leads . Though the film is in need of two more lead actors which have not yet to be finalised at start of 2017.
