Amina Shafaat was born on 8 June, 1978 in Lahore. This top model attended Lahore Grammar School and is a graduate of Kinnaird College, Lahore.
Amina Shafaat had no plans of pursuing a career of modeling and entering in showbiz. But destiny had some other plans for her and somehow she entered in this fashion world. She was made first offer by a fashion photographer, Khawar Riaz, which this female model rejected. But later after taking permission from home, Amina Shafaat started modeling.
Amina Shafaat best part in shot successful career was of a blind girl in Fakhir’s song ‘Dilruba’. The song’s video was made by keeping this Pakistani model in mind. This song was also the biggest break of her career. Amina Shafaat has been one of the favorites of all the fashion photographers like Kharwer Riaz, Rehan Qureshi, and Rizwan Beig and others. Amina Shafaat is also popular for her rule of not wearing sleeveless. But modeling is all about wearing whatever designer demands. Because of this rule of Amina Shafaat, many people predicted that she won’t last long in this showbiz and that people won’t approach her for work.
