Wanting to know more about the project we got in touch with the star and this is what he shared with us. “It’s a Ramadan Special Drama Serial. Aagha Ali Gears Up For A Romantic Comedy After 3 Years, A very fun play. More of a romantic comedy, something which I am doing after 3 years or so,” said Aagha Ali.
Now this is something which we’re glad to hear because recently we’ve only seen him playing very serious characters only.
Talking more about why he opted to do comedy after three years, Aagha Ali said, “Doing a rom-com was important to me as I have been playing this angry young man and it’s been 2 years that I haven’t done anything fun. Aagha Ali Gears Up For A Romantic Comedy After 3 Years, I am good at comedy (that’s what my team keeps on saying) and I want people to see that side of me as well. This is also my first ever serial with EverReady pictures and so far the experience is going great. I probably would be signing another one with them that goes on set in October.”

Revealing more details about the upcoming play Aagha Ali said, “There are two new girls in the project and then we have Javed Sheikh sahab playing my father and Saba Faisal as my mother. Farah Shah and Samina Ahmed are also playing important characters.”
The play is being directed by Iftikhar aka Iffi. Aagha Ali further said, “Iffi and I did Sheher-e-Yaraan together and that was my very beginning. The project was a massive hit but somehow we couldn’t do a project together again until now.”
