My father had a cardiac arrest, then he had a stroke followed by a brain surgery after which he was shifted on the ventilator. It was quite an emotional scene for me at the hospital when my brothers took my father off the ventilator, I barely walked towards them and asked my brothers, ‘is it done ? (has he gone)?’, I hugged them because they did the toughest task, they were too young for that. It was quite a painful time for me. I haven’t overcome this pain yet, I haven’t emoted the way it needed to be”.
