Wajood is a step for me towards going global

Wajood is a step for me towards going global, During the blogger met up, Danish Taimoor told us that he was a little overwhelmed having seen Aditi Singh dance (on Youtube) for the 1st time. In a rather honest moment, he said I had to work overtime to reach her level of dancing. She is wonderful.”

“I was 16 when I started working in my 1st film,” says Aditi Singh.

My 1st question was of course about dancing. In her own words she was “a baby who couldn’t walk but grooved at the sound of music.” Good thing her parents realized her skills early and she spent years learning to dance. This would include dance types, which I didn’t knew existed before this interview.

But for some who always knew what she wanted to do, why did Aditi opt to take this challenging route? She spoke no Telugu before working in Lollywood. Now she has opted for a Lollywood film. Why this non-linear approach?

“Who wants a boring life? I mean yes it’s been challenging but everything new is a challenge. I don’t want to become monotonous. I have worked with Salman Khan and Virendar Sehwag at an early age. Why bound myself to any particular industry? If I like the script, I will go for the film.”
