The shoot for Muhib Mirza’s directorial debut Ishrat Made In China had kicked off in Thailand before COVID-19 took a serious turn around the globe.
Half the cast of the film had returned to Pakistan after completing their 15-day schedule but the remaining half got stuck in Thailand with limited supplies and no flights.
The actor took to Twitter to announce, “Finally some light in these tough times. Thank you to the Pakistani authorities. Just been informed that we will be flying back to our homes tomorrow, Tuesday, April 14, 2020.” She then tagged PTI and Imran Khan to inform her followers about how the arrangements were made.
