The girl mentions how rigorous the entire routine was and how she managed to pull it off. “I’ve really been working out because it’s so hard to meet the requirements for New York fashion week. I had to train to get a perfect walk and body. But I’m so happy I represented Pakistan tonight,” shares Sarish.

About making the cut to New York Fashion Week, which looks for nothing short of perfection, Sarish shared, “I attended 58 castings until I landed a show. Initially it was discouraging but I realized it was New York Fashion Week, the best of the best make the cut and you have to bring what you’ve got to the ramp. So I invested time and got trained to walk the ramp and was persistent with castings and improving my walk, confidence, and my unique style.”

“It was really tough but anything worth achieving is worth the effort. Luckily I’ve been blessed with the height requirement of 5’10.
