She made her debut in the 2017 film Hindi Medium by Saket Chaudhary with Irfan Khan from the Hindi film industry. The film was very popular in India and China with box office sales of 334.36 rupees. Later, Saba Qamar appeared in Maat along with Adnan Siddiqui and Amina Sheikh played a childlike, self-determined shaman role. This TV series has gained commercial recognition and has become one of the 13 top rated TV series in Pakistan. She won the Pakistan Media Award for Best Actress.
