Eid UL Azha is a fun filled and joyous event even today as well but nothing competes with the memories of Eid UL Azha days spent as a child. Those were the carefree days when one would roam free as the bakras and cows brought in. There was hustle and bustle in the house and kids eat, slept and did everything else with their goats and cows.
I remember we used to spend Eid UL Azha with my grandmother gathering all of us together after the meat had been distributed. She cooked for all of us, individually and that was a vast task since there would always be 12 of us. This has to be my fondest memory of Eid UL Azha.
