Well for the very first time in the last 30 years, it is much surprising or shocking to learn that Oscar 2019 ceremony will reportedly go on floors without a host.
As per according to the insight sources, the 91st Annual Academy Awards will have no host as since the organization appears to have failed in finding the star who can host it! According to some inside reports, the event of Oscars will instead recruit stars for the sake of various stars in place of “one marquee name to kick things off in a monologue filled with Trump zingers.”
It is just the duration of 6 weeks that the show will be taking place as live from the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, Calif. For the last so many years, the actor Kevin Hart has been ruling on the hosting seat of Oscar but now he has apologized and stated that he has no time to prepare for the show. In the month of December he steps down over criticism of past homophobic comments. He made some anti gay comments on Twitter in 2010 and 2011, which somehow caused the uproar that led him to step down as host with the apology statement.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences named Hart as being the Oscars host in December. He unveiled in the media statements that ever since he has been part of Oscar he has been asked questions about his comments on Twitter on the Oscar events and conferences. He is not in state to discuss about it as it will ruin the reputable image of Oscar event as well.
