The Shaukat Khanum Memorial Hospital Fundraiser In Dubai was a star studded event last night. Even though Imran Khan has a celebrity presence of his own, with Mahira Khan and Maya Ali, gracing the occasion, the event was not only a star galore but also managed to raise incredible amounts of funds for the hospital. Mahira Khan and Maya Ali both are the are brand ambassadors of the SKMH Breast Cancer Awareness campaign and therefore the ladies ensured they did their best to convince those in attendance to donate generously to the cause.

While the evening was hosted by Fakhr-e-Alam, Maya Ali recounted her own experiences of volunteering at the SKMH children’s ward and how the environment with state of the art care facilities was one of the best the world over. Tickets for the evening were priced at DHS 500-1500, the proceeds from which all went to Shaukat Khanum Hospital.
