Rangreza’s release is just round the corner and so we’re highly anticipating the film. Being a musical, one that’s coming out of Pakistani cinema after a very long time, expectations are quite high from Rangreza’s music and so far it has managed to not disappoint the onlookers. The latest song, Janasheen from Rangreza is now out. Composed by Qurram Hussain (Q) and Sohail Abbas, and sung by the former, this one track is a good addition to the film’s album. Although Qurram Hussain (Q) has managed to impress us with the musical score and of course his vocals, the lyrics are where the song has faltered. Janasheen From Rangreza Is Out Now. We like the background score and the beats as Q’s voice rise above the melodies, but the lyrics dim the overall appeal of the song.

The Allah Hu interlude has to be our favorite from Janasheen as it makes you sway in a trance and the way the song has been composed in similar melodies, the entire experience is a fair one, if not excellent. The video for the song has yet to come out and by the looks of the earlier visuals Rangreza has offered the audience with its trailer and music videos, we’re certain this one is going to be a delight too. The album has been very catchy until now, so an addition of a fair track like Janasheen doesn’t do any damage at all. And by the way, the song is catchy with its beats, its just the lyrics we’re not pleased with.
