Hospital sources confirmed that when Sanjay came in, his oxygen saturation levels were low. The source said, “Fluid had accumulated in his lungs because of that he was having breathing trouble.” The source also added that fluid samples were sent for testing, “Doctors said it could be tuberculosis or cancer. The reports on Wednesday confirmed that Sanjay is suffering from stage 4 lung cancer.” We hope the actor recovers soon.

Dutt himself took to his Instagram story to reveal that he would be taking a break from work and hoped to return post the treatment.

The 61-year old Panipat actor is allegedly leaving for the US for treatment, according to media reports. Here’s hoping he recovers soon.
