Hania Aamir’s Sardaar Ji 3 Makes Records. Hania Aamir made her Indian Punjabi film debut opposite Diljit Dosanjh in Sardaar Ji 3. She met Diljit at his concert in London and speculations were strong that she might star with him. Things went sour after India and Pakistan stand-off and all the projects starring Pakistani stars were shelved. Diljit Dosanjh pulled a surprise as he decided to release the film internationally and not in India.
Diljit Dosanjh is a global star. Hailing from Indian Punjab, he has done a lot to promote Punjabi music all over the world. He is also an actor and he has worked in both Punjabi and Bollywood movies. The actor and singer is going to appear in the upcoming movie Sardaar Ji 3. The film was embroiled in controversy as it featured Hania Aamir in one of the main characters. After the three day stand-off between India and Pakistan, India banned Pakistani artists. Hania Aamir’s inclusion in the film was also under question.

There have been threats and backlash on Diljit Dosanjh but he stood his ground and did not cut Hania Aamir from the film. The film is out now and the actress has been able to score the biggest opening ever for any Indian Punjabi film in Pakistan. The film scored over 3 crores on Day 1 and this has made Hania Aamir happy. Earlier, fans feared that her part from the movie was removed but the official trailer of Sardaar Ji 3 cleared the air regarding it. The film is all set for an overseas release on 27 June.
