She did her graduation in Film Making from Indus Valley School of Arts and Architecture. She also received a certificate for her acting. She runs her own beauty salon. In 2014, Nimra Khan got injured in a road accident. She got her legs fractured. It took her a long time to recover. Now, the actress is completely fine. She has worked in dramas like Alif Allah Aur Insa, Chubhan, Choti C Zindagi, Baghi, Shareek e Hayat, Meherbaan etc. Her movies include Saya e Khudaye Zuljalal and Blind Love.
