hi i was in your store three dayds ago at Xinhau mall gulberg lahore,
i am sorry to write u ,that your saleman (Waqar and Akeel are very rude to all customer,while i was buying stuff in the store,
they have no idea of customer service,and there attitude is very rude.
please take care this matter and give them training or send them on training hoe to talk to the customer.

Very correct….the sales staff is really rude…i went to fortress stadium branch…they themselves agreed tht they are illerates thts why they r workin in the stores..
