According to the Times of India, a source quoted, “Lahiri had been admitted to the hospital for a month and was discharged on Monday but his health deteriorated on Tuesday and his family called for a doctor to visit their home. He was brought to the hospital. He had multiple health issues. “He died due to OSA (Obstructive sleep apnea) shortly before midnight,” the source added.

South Asia’s culture world took another loss as Bollywood composer Bappi Lahiri breathed his last. The singer-composer died at a Mumbai hospital on Wednesday morning. He had been fully on bed rest after contracting the Coronavirus in April 2021. The Ohh La La singer was being treated for multiple illnesses.

Then on Tuesday, he was brought to the hospital after his health deteriorated. Although doctors tried to revive him, the legendary music producer passed away. The veteran Indian singer was 69 years old. Dr. Deepak Namjoshi, the hospital’s president, was quoted as saying;
