Arrest Warrants Issued For Saba Qamar And Bilal Saeed. Bilal Saeed is a Pakistani singer-songwriter, music producer, and composer. He started his career in 2011. He gained popularity through his debut single “12 Saal” and “Adhi Adhi Raat” (also known as Oooo meme song) in 2012.
Very recently, Saba hinted at taking the director’s chair for an upcoming project, the first look of which only recently came out. It is a music video, titled ‘Qubool’, written, composed and produced by Bilal Saeed. The project is Saba Qamar’s debut as a director. The singer and the actress also starred in the music video, all set to release very soon.
In August 2020, the Akbari Gate police registered a case against the duo after a short clip of Saba Qamar twirling at the mosque went viral on social media. The video drew strong disapproval from religious circles. An FIR was registered under Section 295 (deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs) of the Pakistan Penal Code.
On August 15, the two were granted interim pre-arrest bail until Aug 25, with a further extension given in September 2020. However, according to Saba and Bilal, there was no dance sequence recorded with playback music in the mosque.
The video received a lot of hate and backlash especially from the religious genus of the country. The instant action was taken, Bilal Saeed also issued an apology, and that sequel was also removed from the song’s video. A case was also filed against Saba Qamar and Bilal Saeed under the act of 295 for trampling upon the respect of the mosque.

According to the recent development judicial magistrate has issued the arrest warrants of Bilal Saeed and Saba Qamar. The arrest warrants of the actress and singer are issued for not showing up on court on the said dates. The arrest warrants of 6th of October has been issued.
Both Saba and Bilal responded to the criticism and apologized for harming the sentiments of Muslims.
