Everyone wants to look their best, irrespective of age, gender and size. Most of them are unaware that certain silly mistakes can result in serious damage to your appearance. Habits which affect one’s look are;
No.1 – SMOKING
You’re literally killing yourself every time you smoke. Cigarettes contain harmful chemicals which are bad for your health and your appearance too. Try switching towards eating bubble gum every time you feel crave for cigarette, the doctors recommends this therapy.

No.2 – SLOUCHING
Slouching means unnecessary movements of head, shoulders or other body parts. Slouching is not only bad because it affects your spine but it is bad because others might think you have some problem or they may perceive you in a bad manner.

No.3 – EATING UNNECESSARILY
Eating unnecessarily results in increased weight. Excessive increase in weight results in body marks. Also, if you don’t stop eating pointlessly, your diet will keep on increasing.

When you keep on touching your face, all the dirt and chemicals on your hand is absorbed by the pores of your face which results in pimples and acne. Furthermore, rubbing your face with your hands pulls your skin in all kinds of unnatural directions which might result in formulation of wrinkles.

No.5 – DRY SHAVING/ WAXING
Not using proper and good quality shaving cream or wax will result is redness and irritation. It might harm your skin and results hair growth in irregular direction

No.6 – DRINKING TOO MUCH TEA
Tea and coffee contains caffeine which is extremely bad for one’s health. If you are addicted to drinking, try switching towards water or fruit juices which are 100% natural. No preservatives, no added sugar

No.7 – APPLYING RANDOM PRODUCTS
Face is not the perfect area to try new things; face’s skin is very sensitive therefore one shouldn’t try every other beauty product on their face. Use products which are  reliable and good. Using random products on your face may harm your skin therefore apply a small amount of that product on your hand for testing that the product will not harm your skin.

    This is true, my husband used to smoke alot, the doctor told him to eat bubble gums to avoid smoking, now he doesn’t even look at the cigaret :)
