Bollywood has always got inspiration from Hollywood songs. But we don’t know a big secret that Bollywood has also got inspiration from Pakistani songs. Here we have listed songs Bollywood copied from Pakistani songs.

Munni Badnaam hui: Nobody can forget Malika Arora’s item song “Munni Badnaam hui”. This song was not creativity of Bollywood. Rather it was one of songs Bollywood copied from Pakistani songs. This songs has strong resemblance with Pakistani Qawali “Larka Badnam Hua Haseena tere liye” from the 1992 Pakistani film Mr.Charlie.

Dil Dil Hundistan: Songs Bollywood copied from Pakistani Songs also include our patriotic song “Dil Dil Pakistan” in a movie “Yadon ka Mausum” in 1991.

Yeh jo halka halka saroor hai: Nusrat ali khan sung “Yeh jo halka halka saroor hai”. Kishore Kumar was inspired by this song not the exact melody, but the exact song in a movie “Soutan ki Beti” in 1989.

Mein Tenu Samjhawan ki: The all-time favourite song,, Main tenu samjhawa ki by “Rahat Fateh Ali Khan” from the movie ‘Virsa’ inspired Bollywood singers like “Shreya Ghoshal” and “Arijit Singh” to make their own version of the song and this was later sung by ‘Alia Bhatt’ in the movie “Humpty Sharma ki Dhulania”.
